Affected Showers

This homeowner called us after the walls next to the shower were showing signs of moisture. After performing an inspection, we were able to determine that the shower valve behind the tile was leaking and needed to be replaced. Our technician marked all of the affected areas with tape during their inspection, which is an industry practice. We communicated with the insurance company and received approval to remove the tile shower. The after picture shows the dried area along with some fixed plumbing. The homeowner was happy with the water restoration that we did and was ready to start the repairs in their home after we finished!
